Why I Created Health & Harmony: My Personal Journey

From Unexplained Symptoms to Empowered Wellness

Seven years ago, I developed numerous unexplained symptoms that led to multiple doctor’s appointments, extreme fatigue, and unanswered questions. I was overwhelmed—not just by the symptoms, but by the constant search for answers. Managing chronic illness felt like a full-time job, and I struggled to find any sense of normalcy.

After months/years of frustration, I knew I couldn’t keep living in survival mode. I needed to find a way to regain control of my health—without adding more stress to my life. That’s when I started making small, intentional shifts in my daily habits, focusing on what I could control: nourishing my body, managing stress, and creating a routine that supported me.

I learned that true wellness isn’t about a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s about finding what works for you—simple, sustainable habits that support your mind, body, and spirit. As I started prioritizing nutrition, stress management, and mindfulness, I began to feel like myself again.

Through my own journey, I realized how many others were struggling just like I was. That’s why I created Health & Harmony—to help others break free from survival mode, find balance, and feel empowered in their health. My goal is to simplify the process, so you don’t have to go through the same overwhelm I did.
